Adam Groffman is one of many people making the decision to leave a steady working life and travel the world.
He’s currently a graphic designer in Boston and he’s ready to take off in April.
“I’d been saving up my money ever since I graduated college three years ago, but only decided what I wanted to do with it last September,” he says.
“After a short (honestly—only three days) trip to Iceland over the Labor Day weekend, I decided to quit my job and travel around the world.”
This is not his only inspiration for traveling. He’s grown up with an intense passion for travel. He studied abroad for one semester each in Sydney and London.
Since he isn’t leaving home quite just yet, he’s been blogging about his past and future travels.
“It’s been a great learning experience and the whole travel blogging community has been so incredibly supportive and helpful.”
On his blog you’ll find all kinds of cool things like “Wombat Wednesday” and inspiring things, like “5 Reasons Why I Want to Travel Around the World“.
It just so happens that I am going to Boston this weekend. I’m looking forward to kicking it around town with Adam before he leaves.
