They met in the third grade, fought for the first time in the sixth, and they haven’t stopped yet.

“Despite the fights, the truth is travel is really great for your relationship,” Mike says.
“And unfortunately, too many couples don’t take the time to say ‘time out’ and go.”
They travel on the cheap, and they learned to do it this way by giving themselves $100 for each year of marriage, every time they go somewhere new.
“We fully take advantage of frequent flier programs, hotel rewards and frankly, curbing our lifestyle to afford a trip that will stay with us forever,” Mike continues.
Even though they have kids at home, and practice a yearly summer family vacation, the Willits continue their yearly getaway.
The truth is, couples need time away from the kids.
A parents-only trip will allow mom and dad to spend time discussing or arguing about where to go, what to see and what to spend.
On top of that, they’ll come back with memories that can’t be replaced.
